Contact supportAll medicines stocked by UrMedz are sourced exclusively from manufacturers and distributors licensed by the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO). Every batch is traceable from manufacturer to shelf — we do not carry grey-market or unlicensed stock.
Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription, reviewed by one of our in-house licensed pharmacists. You can upload a digital copy via our app or website, or present the original at any UrMedz retail store.
We currently deliver same-day and next-day across Bengaluru through our quick-commerce network, with select pin codes covered in other South Indian cities. Check the app for live coverage in your area.
Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed, in line with Indian pharmaceutical regulations. For OTC products in sealed, undamaged condition, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase at any retail store or via our support team.
